In an episode of "Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends", Bloo gets left alone in the house and realizes he can do anything he wants and no one will stop him. 2 minutes later he is sitting in front of the television watching the news. The weatherman says 'Its hot in topeka' which bloo repeats and it eventually becomes 'I am a hot toe picker'... and many other variations... My son loved it and I crack up everytime I hear anythign that sounds similar. it is addictive, kinda like the muppets 'menomena' song? I sign it everytime I hear anyone say 'phenomena' or the like...
